Nature of the Business
We operate an online store selling print-on-demand and related merchandise to customers in the United States. Products are manufactured and shipped on our behalf by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printify and its network of independent print providers. We are the seller and merchant of record for all orders placed through the Site; our fulfillment partners are not party to the contract of sale between us and our customers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Site, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its use of the Site, or any purchase made through it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This choice of governing law does not deprive consumers of any protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are resident, where such protections cannot be waived by agreement.

Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, product images, text, and other content displayed on the Site are the property of Ashgreen Technology Ltd or are used under license, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content from this Site may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose of browsing and purchasing products.

Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party providers to operate, including:

  • Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform on which the Site is built;
  • Printify, Inc. and its affiliated print providers, which manufacture, fulfill, and ship orders on our behalf; and
  • Payment processors, including Shopify Payments and/or Stripe, which process customer payments.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected on orders shipped to U.S. states and localities where we are required by law to do so. The applicable tax rate is determined automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products through it, including but not limited to delays or errors caused by third-party fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, or payment processors that are outside of our direct control.
